A graduate of The Ohio State University, Michelle LaForme is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years diverse experience. Michelle holds a certification as an Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Michelle is also a member of the Naples Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC) and also a member of Home Modification OT Alliance(HMOTA). She has been assisting clients in the Southwest Florida area for over 12 years. Her focus is on creating stability and accessibility within the home allowing her clients greater independence. Michelle specializes in home modification, adaptations, and durable medical equipment to facilitate each persons individual needs. She likes to help her clients find those moments where the activity goes from being a chore or unsafe to effortless. 

Currently, Michelle engages in local education for aging in place and provides private home consultations with Ageless Living Solutions. Michelle is pleased to announce that she has also partnered with Preferred Care Home Health to support those eligible for Medicare Home Health Occupational Therapy services within Collier and Lee County.  Lastly you will find Michelle supporting, The Alzheimers Support Network with their monthly Minders Keepers Support group.

Michelle resides in Estero with her husband, two daughters and their dog, Minnie.  Michelle enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, pilates, and spending time with her family.
